Within this program, I have followed the recommended ground contacts per plyometric session and have considered the various planes of motion. I am Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.
EQUIPMENT RECOMMENED:
HURDLES
PLYOMETRIC JUMP BOXES
*You will have to improvise (chair, step, block, cardboard hurdle, etc.) if you are unable to use a hurdle or plyometric jump boxes*
It is recommended to have at least one day of rest between Plyomorph training days.
