Plyomorph Training System is designed to get your body up to speed with various plyometric forces and unlock your untapped athletic potential. The complexity of the program changes each phase to ensure of smooth transitions into progressively intensified movements. 

The program can be completed on its own or before your separate workouts!

Within this program, I have followed the recommended ground contacts per plyometric session and have considered the various planes of motion. I am Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.


EQUIPMENT RECOMMENED:

PLYOMETRIC JUMP BOXES

*You will have to improvise (chair, step, block, cardboard hurdle, etc.) if you are unable to use a hurdle or plyometric jump boxes*

It is recommended to have at least one day of rest between Plyomorph training days.

Nice progress as little as once a week part of gym training

My main sport is badminton. Starting see difference after 6 week. I am doing only once in week the program.
