Plyomorph Training System is a four phase program designed to get your body up to speed with various plyometric forces and unlock your untapped athletic potential. The complexity of this program changes each phase to ensure of smooth transitions into progressively intensified movements..


The program can be completed on its own or before your separate workouts!


Within this program, I have followed the recommended ground contacts per plyometric session and have considered the various planes of motion. I am Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.

*You will have to improvise (chair, step, block, cardboard hurdle, backpack weight, etc.) if you are unable to use a hurdle, plyometric jump boxes, or dumbbells*


It is recommended to have at least one day of rest between Plyomorph training days.

Makes a big difference

I bought all three stages of this for my 15yo son. It's made a massive difference for him, he's gone from barely touching the backboard to grabbing the ring in 4 months. It's well worth the investment.

Faster, Bouncier and more Confortable moving

I completed the program up to phase 3, did phase 2 for around 3 months also. I definetley noticed changes. In the court I felt faster and more confortable and capable of moving, like changes of direction and defending. I did increase my vert, but not as much as I would like as I still cant dunk, but am slowly getting there. In my daily life I also feel bouncier, it is easily noticeable when yo go up or down stairs. Unfortunately I had an injury recently that kept me out for little more than a month, so Im looking forward to start from phase 1 again up to phase 4. Cheers.
