Good, no-nonsense program to increase your vertical and athletic ability

I've been playing volleyball for 10 years and started lifting a year ago as I recovered from ACL surgery. I didn't expect this program to make a huge difference but both my blocking and approach vertical increased by 2 inches after the first phase. I'm now almost done with the second phase and will keep purchasing more!

Phase two review

After the completion of this stage, I could start to see improvement in the coordination and athleticism of my sons. Looking forward to seeing how this helps them when their seasons starts. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Do what it should

There are some nice workouts. For me sometimes to less, so I increase the sets or the reps. I had a growth in stability, agility and a little bit bounce. Extra of weight trainig should be done.

Simple but effective plan

The workouts are great and not too long to add on to existing workouts. My only criticism is that it doesn't have much explanation about what to focus on with each one.

Effective & Easy to follow

I have done Phase One and Phase Two and I got pretty good results regarding explosiveness, quickness and vertical jump. Looking forward to keep improving my results!
