Plyomorph Training System is a four phase program designed to get your body up to speed with various plyometric forces and unlock your untapped athletic potential. The complexity of this program changes each phase to ensure of smooth transitions into progressively intensified movements.


The program can be completed on its own or before your separate workouts!


Within this program, I have followed the recommended ground contacts per plyometric session and have considered the various planes of motion. I am Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.


EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED:

JUMP HURDLES (6", 12")

PLYOMETRIC JUMP BOXES

DUMBBELLS


*You will have to improvise (chair, step, block, cardboard hurdle, etc.) if you are unable to use a hurdle or plyometric jump boxes*


It is recommended to have at least one day of rest between Plyomorph training days.

Great for all ages

I am doing the program with my two son. I’m 47, and my son’s are 16 and 10. We are all three competitive athletes looking for something to increase our athleticism. All three of us have seen results and we have just gotten through week 1 of phase 2. I really enjoy the workouts and the videos on how to perform them are a great resource!
